a2z Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a flexible, community-based setting.
We are looking for an experienced, compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Our therapists primarily treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and other functional impairments, all within the comfort of their homes.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually
Compensation is based on experience, productivity, and overall contribution to the company. Therapists who consistently provide outstanding patient care, receive positive patient reviews, and contribute to company growth have opportunities for increased compensation and leadership roles.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
- Educate patients and caregivers.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and case managers.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel throughout our service area
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Maryland.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education.
- CPR Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Automobile Insurance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients' homes.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Flexible scheduling based on patient needs
- Expected productivity of 30-35 patient visits per week
- Weekend visits available but not required
