What You’ll Do
• Build genuine connections and guide customers through short-term financial solutions with clarity and care
• Work hands-on with beautiful and interesting items including jewelry, gold, luxury goods, electronics, and collectibles
• Create an inviting in-store experience where customers feel comfortable and valued
• Use sales skills balanced with empathy, discretion, and thoughtful judgment
• Stay organized and attentive to detail while managing multiple customer needs
• Participate in social media and community engagement efforts (training provided and team-supported)
