About the Role:
Unified Logistix Group is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Deerfield Beach, FL location. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed company goals
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Identify growth opportunities and implement solutions to expand service capabilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role, preferably in logistics or supply chain
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans
- Proficiency in logistics management systems and relevant technology platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
