Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working in the field, building strong customer relationships, and leading restoration projects from start to finish? If you are organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the field execution of residential and commercial restoration projects. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and project activities to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

Field Inspections

  • Perform on-site property inspections.
  • Assess property damage and identify emergency service needs.
  • Document existing conditions.
  • Develop accurate scopes of work.
Customer Management

  • Guide customers through the restoration process.
  • Set clear expectations from project start through completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers.
  • Obtain all required authorizations and project documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the project.
Scope Development

  • Prepare complete field documentation packages.
  • Capture detailed project photographs.
  • Complete measurements and sketches.
  • Upload project documentation and moisture readings accurately and timely.
Production Oversight

  • Manage subcontractors and field crews.
  • Monitor project progress and timelines.
  • Ensure work meets company quality standards.
  • Identify and document change orders when needed.
  • Drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, insurance restoration, or project management.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and document property damages accurately.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and field personnel.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with water, fire, mold, or storm restoration.
  • Familiarity with restoration documentation software such as RMS, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of moisture mapping and restoration best practices.
