About the Position
i4 Waste Valet & Recycling is seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals to join our growing team as Waste Collection Service Tech. This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time evening work.
Responsibilities
- Collect bagged household trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the property's designated dumpster or compactor area.
- Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, stairwells, and waste collection areas.
- Report any service-related issues to management.
- Follow all company safety and service standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a reliable pickup truck equipped with a functional trailer hitch capable of towing work-related equipment.
- Ability to walk multiple flights of stairs and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Smartphone required for service reporting and communication.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- May be required to collect pet waste stations.
- Required to work holidays.
- Required to work weekends.

Typical Schedule

Compensation
Monthly earnings typically range from $1,500 to $1,600, depending on route assignments, community size, and number of properties serviced.
