REGISTERED NURSE (RN) required for Home Health – PART-TIME OR PER DIEM in
Santa Cruz, California

Pay Range: Per Diem RN SOC/Eval/Visit Rates - $80 - $140 per visit
Pay rate varies based on area of coverage, home health experience and number of visits / weeks

Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! The ideal candidate works well both independently and within a team, can maintain a positive attitude to encourage patients in recovery, and has existing knowledge of Nursing guidelines and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessment of patient's medical condition to develop and manage individualized Plans of Care.
Deliver direct clinical nursing care, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress in accordance with physician orders.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records of all patient interactions, treatments, and responses.
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by properly utilizing and maintaining medical equipment and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

Current state licensing for Registered Nurse, CPR required.
