The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and operational execution of multiple SWTHZ studios.
This position directly manages and develops Studio Managers while ensuring each location achieves its membership, revenue, retention, staffing, service, and operational goals. The Multi-Unit Manager serves as the primary connection between ownership and the studio leadership teams.
The successful candidate will be a visible, hands-on operator who spends meaningful time inside the studios. This leader must be able to analyze performance data, coach managers, build accountable teams, improve underperforming locations, and ensure every studio consistently provides a premium, member-first experience.
The Multi-Unit Manager is expected to take ownership of results, identify problems early, develop practical solutions, and create consistent execution across the assigned territory.

Multi-Unit Leadership
- Lead, coach, and hold Studio Managers accountable for sales, service, staffing, retention, and operational results.
- Work inside assigned studios alongside managers and team members, while conducting studio visits, one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews to ensure consistent execution across all locations.
Membership and Revenue Growth
- Drive membership, recurring revenue, referrals, upgrades, and additional service sales across the territory.
- Review sales activity and conversion metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
Studio Manager Development
- Recruit, train, and develop Studio Managers who can independently lead their teams and achieve business goals.
- Address leadership gaps, performance concerns, and missed expectations promptly and professionally.
Member Experience and Retention
- Maintain a consistent, premium, and member-first experience across every location.
- Review feedback, cancellations, and retention trends, and coach managers on service recovery and member engagement.
Operational Management
- Ensure each studio meets company standards for staffing, cleanliness, safety, equipment, reporting, and daily operations.
- Monitor labor, payroll, inventory, maintenance, and operational risks across the territory.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Min 2-3 years of previous sales experience required
- Min 2-3 years of management experience required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination
- Previous management experience in the health & fitness industry strongly recommended
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CPR/AED certification required: either upon hire or attained within the first 90 days of employment. Valid and up to date certification must be maintained throughout the duration of employment.

Compensation: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
