What You'll Do
As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you'll respond to water, fire, storm, and mold losses while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, board-ups, and tarping.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment.
- Protect properties from further damage.
- Document work using company technology.
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance partners, and teammates.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment.
- Follow IICRC standards, company procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred
- Restoration or construction experience
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
- Experience with drying equipment and moisture mapping
- OSHA certification
- Leadership experience
