The production technician will have an excellent personable disposition and a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle the dynamic of a fast-paced startup. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, following company policies & procedures, communication, safety and nurturing the positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- To perform any of the various assembly functions as assigned by production supervisor.
- Works in quality conscious and safe manner
- Ability to perform work at process speed and/or standard rates.
- Advises production supervisor with any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup operator.
- Maintains daily product log.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
- Keeps workstation and surrounding area clean.
- Maintain all assigned tools.
- Any other duties are required by management.
- Pull and prepare parts for the production cycle
- Have the ability to drive a 24foot box truck, no CDL is required but a clean driving record is a must.
- Training will be provided for driving our forklifts.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Eligible for work in the US
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Prefer 1-2 years of work experience.
- Must be able to read, write and have basic computer skills.
- Good hand eye coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to work standing for 8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Must be punctual.
- Follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations.
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
