About the Role:
The Club House Childcare and Preschool in Farmington, MN is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our growing team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years. Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate Pre-K curriculum and daily lesson plans
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for young children
- Support early childhood development through play-based and structured learning activities
- Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and daily activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe classroom at all times
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals and center operations
Requirements:
- Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations
- Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
