Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing Adobe Analytics across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including schema design, data connections, and migration activities.
- Experience leading Adobe Analytics to CJA migration projects.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo for analytics implementation, governance, and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Launch (or similar Tag Management Systems).
- Experience with JavaScript, SDKs, APIs, Data Layers, and Mobile (iOS/Android) analytics implementations.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is preferred.
- Familiarity with QA and validation tools such as Adobe Experience Platform Debugger or ObservePoint.
- Experience integrating Adobe platforms with CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, and Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of analytics governance, customer journey measurement, attribution, and cross-channel reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Adobe Analytics implementation and governance across digital platforms.
- Drive migration from Adobe Analytics (AA) to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Design and maintain scalable data layer architectures and tagging frameworks.
- Configure and manage analytics implementations using Apollo.
- Validate and reconcile data between AA and CJA.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver enterprise analytics solutions.
- Build customer journey reporting and support cross-channel analytics initiatives.
- Define analytics governance, documentation, and implementation best practices.
Preferred Certifications:
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $62.00 - $68.00 per hour
