Job Title: HVAC Project Foreman 

Location: Shop located in Corona, NY, 95% of work in Manhattan, all other work in the boroughs

Job Type: Full-Time 

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician who is eager to grow into a leadership role as a Project Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who wants to advance their career by developing supervisory and project management skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

●        Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, as required, according to company standards. 

●        Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and safely. 

●        Support project documentation and reporting efforts. 

●        Participate in safety meetings and comply with all safety regulations. 

●        Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors on-site. 

●        Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative and learning project management tasks. 

●        Progressively take on more responsibility leading toward a Project Superintendent role. 

Qualifications: 

●        5-7+ Years experience as an HVAC Technician or relevant technical training. 

●        Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, familiarity with field service apps for work tickets etc. 

●        Willingness to learn and grow into a supervisory role. 

●        Good communication and teamwork skills. 

●        Ability to troubleshoot effectively, read blueprints and technical manuals. 

●        Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 

●        Up to date certifications – FDNY F-60 & G-60, OSHA 40 or 62 and EPA 608 are mandatory.
