About the Role:
SUPERIOR is looking for an experienced and driven Plumbing Service Manager to lead our plumbing operations in Burleson, TX. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plumbing service operations, scheduling, and dispatch to ensure efficient workflow
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of plumbing technicians to meet performance and quality standards
- Conduct field inspections, quality control checks, and job site visits to ensure work meets code and company standards
- Manage customer relationships, resolve service issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory, parts, and equipment availability
- Review and approve estimates, work orders, and invoices for residential and commercial plumbing projects
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (Master Plumber license preferred)
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a field service team
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with service management software, scheduling tools, and work order systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $2,000.00 - $12,000.00 per week
