Capriotti's in Coeur d'Alene, ID is looking for a talented Grill Cook to join our sandwich-slinging team! Compensation starts at $21/hour when combining hourly wage of $17.00 and average tips of $4/hour earned at this location!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and grill sandwiches and menu items to order with speed and consistency
- Operate and maintain grill and other kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation for every order
- Restock and prep ingredients to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Keep the grill station clean, organized, and ready for service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a grill cook, line cook, or in a fast-casual kitchen preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and a passion for great food

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
