About the Role:
Midas - Legacy Golden Touch is looking for a driven and experienced District Manager to lead and grow our Midas Auto service locations in the Salt Lake & Ogden, UT area. This is an exciting opportunity to take the wheel of a legendary brand and inspire high-performing teams across multiple locations. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Midas locations within the district
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and service teams
- Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across all locations
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality automotive service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, analyze financial reports, and implement improvement strategies
- Enforce compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines
- Build strong relationships with store teams, vendors, and the local community
Requirements:
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in automotive or retail services
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Solid understanding of P&L management and financial reporting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Automotive service industry knowledge is a strong plus
- Ability to travel regularly between locations within the district

Compensation: $104,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
