Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Stock Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will receive shipments, manage inventory, and organize products. Your role is vital in maintaining a streamlined and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Move stock from one location to another
- Confirm accuracy and condition of deliveries
- Label items
- Maintain cleanliness of storeroom
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of any shortages
- Package items for shipment, storage, and display
- Other activities as assigned by the warehouse manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Stock Clerk or in a similar position is preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Basic understanding of stock management principles and terminology
- Basic understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
