Spa Concierge – The Woodhouse Spa, Vintage Park

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming guest experience.
Answer calls, schedule appointments, recommend services, and process payments.
Support the spa manager and therapists with daily operations.
Promote retail products and encourage guest retention by booking follow-up appointments.
Educate guests on spa amenities, services, and the Woodhouse experience.
Maintain guest preferences and assist with light cleaning and laundry.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience (spa experience preferred).
Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
Experience with scheduling software is a plus.
Friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented.
Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs, and perform light housekeeping tasks.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and Monday–Saturday shifts.
Reliable transportation.
