About the Role:
Orangetheory Fitness Fargo is looking for a passionate and driven Studio Manager to lead our high-energy fitness community in Fargo, ND. This is your opportunity to combine your love of fitness with your leadership skills to inspire a team, grow membership, and deliver an exceptional member experience every day.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a seamless and energizing member experience
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates and fitness staff
- Drive membership sales growth through local marketing, outreach, and community engagement
- Monitor and manage studio KPIs including membership revenue, retention, and attrition
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews
- Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment standards, and brand compliance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality
- Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and the Orangetheory brand
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Can work up to 45 hours per week if needed
- Proficiency with CRM or studio management software is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled holding a team accountable while creating a positive team culture

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
