ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 after spending five years as a sales team member for another State Farm agent. We currently have a team of two with plans to grow! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, Bryce, and our two dogs, Ollie and Onder, who occasionally join us at the office as our unofficial mascots!
Community involvement is important to us, and we aim to participate in a local event each quarter to connect with our neighbors, give back, and build relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Jason Marquardt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
