ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 after spending five years as a sales team member for another State Farm agent. We currently have a team of two with plans to grow! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, Bryce, and our two dogs, Ollie and Onder, who occasionally join us at the office as our unofficial mascots!
Community involvement is important to us, and we aim to participate in a local event each quarter to connect with our neighbors, give back, and build relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jason Marquardt - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
