About the Role:
Precious Angels in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddler-aged children
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
- Maintain accurate developmental records and daily reports
- Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Prior experience working with toddlers or in a childcare/early education setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and meet Pennsylvania childcare licensing requirements
- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with young children
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
