Join our Torch Bearer Award winning team at Holiday Inn Express Bensenville! We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Agent who enjoys helping guests and wants to grow in the hospitality industry.
IHG/HotelKey experience is a plus, but strong customer-service experience is also valued.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and provide a smooth check-in/check-out experience
- Handle reservations, phone calls, payments, and guest requests
- Assist guests with our Park, Sleep & Fly packages
- Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate front desk records and daily operations
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of hotel front desk experience preferred OR strong customer-service experience
- IHG/HotelKey experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Available for evening shifts and some weekends/holidays
Candidates with an IT/technology background are also welcome to apply.
