About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spanish Lake, MO! In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our properties safe, functional, and comfortable for residents. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance across residential property units and common areas
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct unit inspections and prepare vacant units for move-in readiness
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, facilities, and maintenance shop
- Communicate effectively with property management regarding repair status and supply needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential or commercial property maintenance
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple work orders
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- EPA 608 certification or HVAC experience a plu
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
