We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper / Property Porter to help keep our apartment community clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Walk the property and grounds daily
- Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the community
- Keep parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and common areas clean
- Empty outdoor trash receptacles as needed
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues
- Help keep the property looking clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with other basic property upkeep as needed
This is NOT a landscaping position. The primary responsibility is keeping the property clean and ensuring issues noticed while walking the grounds are reported promptly.
Requirements
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Hardworking and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking the property throughout the day
- Able to lift and handle bags of trash and other reasonable items
- Takes pride in keeping a property clean and orderly
We are looking for someone dependable who notices problems and takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs attention.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
