About the Position
Just Between Seniors Home Care Services is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers and CNAs to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
As a Caregiver / CNA, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Helping with mobility, walking, positioning, and transfers
- Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when needed
- Providing medication reminders
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Assisting with errands and transportation when authorized
- Providing companionship and meaningful interaction
- Supporting clients with dementia, memory loss, or physical limitations
- Observing clients for changes in condition and promptly reporting concerns to the office
- Completing accurate and timely caregiver documentation
- Following each client's individualized Plan of Care
- Maintaining client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
We are looking for applicants who are caring, professional, and dependable.
Preferred qualifications include:
- CNA certification and/or previous caregiving experience
- Experience working with seniors, Veterans, individuals with disabilities, or memory-care clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to pass required background screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a client's Plan of Care
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Patient, respectful, compassionate, and professional attitude
