ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a physician recruiter and later as an Office Manager for a logistics company. I'm originally from Louisiana, graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a degree in Speech Pathology, and come from a big family with seven siblings. Those experiences have shaped my passion for building relationships and serving others.
Giving back is an important part of our agency. I serve on the Black Chamber Board, participate in St. Jude fundraisers, and organize annual community events like food and coat drives. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Shon Henry - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
