What You'll Be Doing
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in representing client campaigns by:
- Engaging with customers through professional face-to-face interactions.
- Representing products, services, or charitable initiatives with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Building rapport and understanding each customer's individual needs.
- Providing clear information and recommending suitable solutions.
- Assisting customers through the sales or sign-up process.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience during every interaction.
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve campaign and sales objectives.
