ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I managed sporting goods stores in sales and later worked in data communications. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three daughters, exploring the outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
I love serving the Pineville, Alexandria, Deville, and Ball communities because of the incredible support people show for one another and for local small businesses. Building relationships and giving back to the community are at the heart of what we do.
Our agency offers an outstanding benefits package, including Fridays ending at noon based on performance, 15 days of PTO after 90 days with opportunities to earn more each month, your birthday off, 10 paid holidays, a full week off between Christmas and New Year's, a $1,000 hiring bonus after six months, monthly cash bonuses, office lunches every two weeks, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
