About the Role:
Join CRDN of Vancouver Island, Victoria as a Content Restoration Technician, where you'll play a vital role in restoring items affected by water, fire, or mold damage. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and preserving our clients' cherished belongings while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Pay rate:
Starting at minimum wage ($18.25/hour). It will gradually increase over time based on performance reviews.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate damaged contents for restoration potential.
- Perform cleaning and restoration processes using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Document the restoration process and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all restoration activities.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
- Assist with inventory management and organization of restored items.
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in restoration or cleaning preferred.
- Previous experience in content restoration or a related field is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
