The ideal candidate has experience in public safety and security, demonstrates strong situational awareness, and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, public safety, or a related field
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Skills
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Ability to de-escalate situations professionally and respectfully
- Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and incident logging
- Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with employees, visitors, and law enforcement
- Physical ability to patrol, stand for extended periods, and respond quickly when needed
