About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Assist with menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements
- Adhere to all health department regulations and food safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
- Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
