Admissions Specialist – LeafSpring Schools
- Respond to new family inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
- Build relationships with prospective families through consistent, personalized follow-up
- Schedule and confirm school tours
- Assist with and eventually conduct tours of our schools
- Maintain accurate prospective-family information, notes, and follow-up tasks within our enrollment system
- Follow up with families after tours and throughout their decision-making process
- Assist families with enrollment paperwork and next steps
- Maintain communication with waitlisted families
- Partner closely with the Director of Admissions through daily check-ins and weekly planning meetings
- Support enrollment events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives
- Help ensure every prospective family receives a warm, responsive, and consistent LeafSpring experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective families
- Ability to manage multiple families, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
- Confident using technology, databases, email, calendars, and other digital systems
- Professional, warm, positive, and solution-oriented
- Experience in admissions, enrollment, customer service, sales, hospitality, early childhood education, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with families or in an early childhood setting is a plus
