ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Troy Pieper - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Troy Pieper - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage.
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound calls.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to build long-term relationships.
- Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products.
- Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and assist customers through the sales process.
- Meet individual and team sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures.
- Stay current on insurance products, licensing requirements, and industry changes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills
- Sales or customer-facing experience
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
