Help people move better, feel better, and Live Long through one-on-one assisted stretching.
StretchLab is seeking qualified fitness, movement, and wellness professionals to join our team as Stretch Therapists/Flexologists™.
This is not a traditional fitness instructor position. Flexologists work one-on-one with clients on a dedicated stretch table, providing professionally guided assisted stretching designed to improve flexibility, mobility, range of motion, and quality of movement.
StretchLab is the industry leader in evidence-based assisted stretching. Our Flexologists come from backgrounds including kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, athletic training, physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and corrective exercise.
Every Flexologist completes our extensive Flexologist Training Program™—the only nationally accredited certificate program in assisted stretching.
Our sessions primarily incorporate PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) techniques, along with other assisted stretching methods, to help clients safely improve mobility and flexibility.
