Dhillon Co. is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our team in Boise, ID. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, appointments, and visitor check-ins
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar office software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a busy environment
- Professional, polished, and positive demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
