About the Role:
HOMECARE RESCUE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team in Wesley Chapel, FL. HHA will work on a PRN basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition and report to supervisors
- Assist with light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and tidying living spaces
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Administer medication reminders and assist with non-medical personal care tasks
- Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver preferred
- Valid HHA certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Familiar with Wellsky EMR

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
