Licensed Leasing Agent – Salary + Sales Commission Opportunity
PMI Southeast CT is hiring a licensed Leasing Agent to lease our managed residential properties across Southeastern Connecticut. You'll work leads, show homes, and turn vacancies into signed leases, with the added opportunity to earn sales commissions through our real estate brokerage.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and follow up with prospective residents quickly and professionally
- Schedule and conduct showings throughout our service area
- Guide qualified applicants through the leasing process
- Coordinate with the Leasing Manager and property management team
- Keep accurate records of showings, prospects and leasing activity
- Assist with property field work as needed
What You Bring
- Active Connecticut real estate license (required)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Reliable transportation to travel to properties
- Leasing, property management, or sales experience preferred, not required
Compensation
- $45,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience
- Opportunity to earn additional real estate sales commissions through PMI Southeast CT's brokerage
- Paid time off and 401(k)
