Florida Defensive Training (FDT) is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to assist with daily office operations and customer services.

Responsibilities

Perform fingerprinting services for scheduled and walk-in customers.
Greet and assist customers upon arrival.
Answer phone calls, text messages, and customer inquiries.
Schedule and manage customer appointments.
Assist customers with class registrations and general information.
Process payments and provide receipts when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Scan, print, file, and organize documents.
Maintain a clean and organized front-office area.
Assist instructors and management with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and documentation.

Qualifications

Professional and friendly customer-service skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer and office software knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Dependable and punctual.
Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle customer information.
Previous administrative or customer-service experience preferred.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable working directly with customers and can assist with both administrative responsibilities and fingerprinting services as part of FDT's daily operations.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
