About the Role:
Devshiv LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Frederick, MD. Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily accounts
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Balance and verify daily revenue reports, cash drawers, and credit card transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for management review
- Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the property overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth morning operations
Requirements:
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong math and accounting skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
