ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Marcus Weeks - State Farm Agent, you will serve as a first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You will assist customers with their service needs, answer questions, and connect them with the appropriate team member when additional assistance is needed.
Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to stay organized will also help support the day to day operations of the office. In addition to assisting customers, you will help complete policy servicing and underwriting related requirements, including gathering information, obtaining necessary documentation, and following up on outstanding items.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a first point of contact for customers by phone and in the office.
- Assist customers with service requests, questions, and general policy needs.
- Direct customers to the appropriate team member when needed.
- Establish strong customer relationships and follow up with customers as necessary.
- Assist with policy servicing and underwriting requirements by gathering information, obtaining documentation, and completing requested follow up.
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer and policy records.
- Assist with filing, scanning, processing paperwork, and other clerical responsibilities.
- Support the team with additional administrative and office related tasks as needed.
- Work with other team members to provide an efficient and positive customer experience.

- Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
