This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong background in management.

Key Responsibilities:  
- Collaborate with educators to enhance instructional practices and support curriculum implementation.  
- Provide guidance and resources to staff to ensure high-quality educational experiences for children.  
- Assist in the management of daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office.  
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to promote continuous growth.  
- Maintain effective communication with parents and staff to foster a positive learning environment.  

Required Qualifications:  
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role within an educational setting.  
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.  
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.  

Preferred Qualifications:  
- Degree in Education or a related field.  
- Experience in early childhood education or related administrative roles.
