North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance in Durham is seeking a motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. No insurance experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training and support you need to grow in the insurance industry.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Answer questions and help customers with their insurance needs.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients and lead.
- Learn about insurance products and help educate customers on their options.
- Support the agency with customer service, sales, and day-to-day office needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Participate in training and professional development.
