About the Role:
Mr. Fries Man in Greenville, SC is looking for an energetic and motivated Shift Lead to join our crew! This is your chance to step into a leadership role at one of the most exciting fast-casual concepts around, where bold flavors meet a fun, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency in line with Mr. Fries Man standards
- Open and/or close the restaurant, including cash handling, drawer counts, and end-of-shift reporting
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Train, coach, and motivate crew members to meet performance and productivity goals
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a fast food, quick-service, or fast-casual restaurant environment required
- Previous supervisory or shift lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have reliable transortation to work

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Mr. Fries Man is a family-owned restaurant part of a revolutionary underground foodie frenzy in Los Angeles.
In 2016, Craig Batiste, co-owner along with his wife Dorothy, is one of the several urban chefs in LA that have worked their way up from a home kitchen to a restaurant in Gardena, CA. Their strong social media presence captivated their audience, which resulted in a remarkable following.
On February 4, 2017, their success in the kitchen led to the grand opening of their brick and mortar space of the very first location in Gardena California.
After a very successful three years with one location, in 2020 the owners behind Mr. Fries Man embarked on an opportunity to franchise. Since their first signing in June 2020, they have sold franchises for 21 locations in the first 7 months.
As one of the most popular restaurants in the South Bay, we take pride in our quality and exceptional ingredients in order to provide the best food experience for our community.
