Clinical Manager – Kent, WA
Salary: $90,000–$115,000 + 10% annual bonus
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Clinical Manager / Respiratory Therapist to lead a 25+ member clinical team and oversee respiratory care services across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and company standards.
- Oversee patient equipment setups and clinical follow-ups.
- Conduct staff meetings, competency assessments, and ongoing clinical education.
- Monitor locations for equipment, supplies, documentation, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to provide education to referral sources, patients, and families.
- Address team concerns, motivate staff, and maintain strong customer service.
- Support clinical program and policy development.
- Travel within the assigned region as needed.
Qualifications
- RRT or CRTT with a four-year healthcare degree and/or 5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
- Current Washington/Oregon Respiratory Care license strongly preferred.
- Previous management/leadership experience required.
- Experience in in-home respiratory services preferred.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer systems.
