I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before opening the agency, I worked for Prudential Bank and later in construction. I'm a graduate of Cal State Long Beach, enjoy hunting, training dogs, and spending time on my farm, and family is an important part of my life.
Our agency is built on professionalism, respect, and doing right by our customers. We believe in treating people the way we'd want to be treated and creating an environment where everyone can succeed.

As an Account Associate for Dave Milloy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Dave Milloy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
