Position Quality Assurance Regional Manager

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Solid QA experience in the Food and Beverage manufacturing industry. Career trajectory includes experience in multiple areas: Production, R&D, Quality. Experience working successfully with cross functional teams at all levels.
Experience managing Quality at multiple sites a plus. This position will oversee Quality Assurance at 3 sites- Albert Lea, Faribault, Sleepy Eye, possibly Marshfield.
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
10 years+ Quality Assurance experience
Solid FDA, HACCP, SQF, and industry best practices experience
Bachelors Degree
US citizen or permanent resident
Industry experience-Food/Bev Mfg, Pharma, Medical Device
Strong Supervisory/ mentorship of teams
