Material Handler / Shipping & Receiving Associate

Job Summary
Responsible for receiving, storing, moving, picking, and shipping materials in a warehouse and distribution environment. Supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Unload trucks and verify packing slips
- Put away inventory into designated warehouse locations
- Pick and stage customer orders
- Package and prepare outbound shipments
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
Preferred Experience
- 1+ years of warehouse experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Material handling experience
- RF scanner experience
- Inventory control or cycle counting experience
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, or freight shipments
- Forklift or reach truck experience preferred
Nice to Have
- SAP, Oracle, or WMS experience
- Industrial distribution or manufacturing warehouse experience
- OSHA forklift certification
Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong attendance and punctuality record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties
- Ability to work overtime as needed

Compensation: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
