About the Role:
Walk On Clinic Inc in Sarasota, FL is looking for a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Work independently with patients
- Provide primary care support to include:
- Physical examinations
- Checking vitals and BMI
- Examine personal and family medical histories
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment and follow-up care
- Prescriptions, shots, and immunizations
- Perform minor procedures such as wound care, suturing, splinting, and laceration repair
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care
- Accurately document patient encounters and maintain thorough medical records
Requirements:
- Active NP or PA license in the state of Florida
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing (FNP, AGNP) or Physician Assistant Studies
- Current DEA registration and ability to prescribe medications
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
- Excellent bedside manner with a patient-first attitude
- Ability to manage and work with small self-directed teams
- US work authorization (Required)
- Must have US bank account

Walk On Clinic provides an on-site three-room air-conditioned mobile healthcare unit for conducting employee/patient visits on the client premises.

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
