We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Ocala, FL! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, build your skills, and be part of a crew that takes pride in keeping properties looking their best. Pay is based on performance and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn mowing, edging, and trimming for residential and/or commercial properties
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, blowers, and weed eaters
- Apply mulch, clean up debris, and maintain overall curb appeal of properties
- Follow scheduled routes efficiently and complete jobs in a timely manner
- Perform basic landscape maintenance including shrub trimming and bed edging
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of company tools and equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
Requirements:
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment safely and effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in outdoor conditions including heat and humidity
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team
