Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to help grow our expanding business. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and industry partners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess client needs and present solutions
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align business development efforts
- Track sales pipeline activity and report on key performance metrics
- Represent the company at local networking events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or a related role
- Background in home improvement, construction, or foundation/waterproofing industry preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Goal-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
